Na Yan Chok, Burmese delicacy

Our Burmese workers have thought us a very delicious burmese delicacy made from our prized Haruan fish (Ikan Haruan) which is pickled in a special burmese way for purposes of preservation. Amazingly delicious and is rumoured to be a delicacy only the Rich most of whom are the royals in Myanmar (Burma) whom actually are blest with the opportunity to banquet with such specially prepared Na Yan Chok.
Thanks to our Burmese workers, we now can provide the same to Malaysians for a reachable price. It is favoured among the Burmese occupants here, and locals are most welcomed to try...

harvest fresh from the farm...

Its amazing how we started with just a pool of mud and how we have just completed two cycles of harvest. I am looking forward to harvesting our Puyu this July. They are currently growing faster than I have calculated. Looks like the method employed for feeding is working.
Visited a couple of farms recently and we are very pleased and certain that our fish would be best in the market, comparitively speaking!
...looking forward to share more on our activities in my next post ...

Distribution of Tilapia, Keli, Puyu, Haruan Fish

Currently Datani has been busying itself with distribution of tilapia to restaurants around Kepong and so far our market stretch has only been within Kepong and its definitely striving! Who could have guessed that fish was such a "catch"!

It all started with one fish farm located in Bentong, which was already filled with thousands of Keli, Puyu, Tilapias and I would say with the very least of exaggeration it cleared within a month. Thus, the enthusiasm of pursuing this fishy business grew from there.
I must say, there are allot of fish buyers out there and our current most sought after is the Tilapia and among a certain segment of a very distinguished market in Kepong, the Puyu is as popular.

Today, we have received our largest load of stock of Tilapias, Keli, Haruan and Puyu. We are very excited to see this batch through distribution.
